Nursery Assistant

Team Educate are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistants to support early years settings across Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in young children’s development.

The Role

• Supporting children in their early years development (ages 0–5)
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including play, meals, and activities
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Working alongside staff to support children’s learning through play
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about working with young children
• Patient, caring, and reliable
• Confident in a nursery or early years setting
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Previous experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential

As part of our dedication to high standards, we also offer a FREE training courses e.g. Level 2 Safeguarding Children, Prevent awareness course and much more to all staff. These courses will give you the knowledge and confidence to recognise signs of abuse or neglect, understand your safeguarding responsibilities, and know how to take the right action to protect children in your care.
