We’re recruiting for a fantastic nursery in Central London and looking for a Nursery Chef who is passionate about healthy eating, nutrition and creating nutritious meals for young children.

With the latest Ofsted focus on nutrition, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to bring their knowledge and experience into a nursery environment and have a genuine impact on children’s everyday wellbeing.

Nursery Chef job details:

• Starting from £31,000 – negotiable depending on experience
• Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm

Key responsibilities as a Nursery Chef:

• Preparing healthy, nutritious and varied meals
• Helping with menu planning and food preparation
• Catering for allergies and special dietary requirements
• Recording and monitoring food temperatures
• Keeping the kitchen clean and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Creating meals that children will genuinely enjoy!

We’re looking for a Nursery Chef who is reliable, organised and genuinely enjoys cooking for children.

Previous experience as a Nursery Chef, School Chef or in a similar childcare setting would be ideal, along with a good understanding of food hygiene, nutrition and dietary requirements.
