Location: Northfield 
Salary: £15.90 per hour (£33,072 per annum)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced early years professional ready to progress into a leadership role? Do you have a passion for helping children thrive while supporting and inspiring a dedicated nursery team?

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a welcoming nursery on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the setting, supporting staff, maintaining outstanding standards of care and education, and creating a positive environment where every child can flourish.

‍ Supporting the Nursery Manager with the daily operation of the nursery
Leading and motivating the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare
️ Ensuring the nursery meets all safeguarding and EYFS requirements
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring
Maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
⭐ Previous experience in a senior role within an early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
❤️ A genuine passion for providing high-quality early years education and care

A permanent, full-time position directly with the nursery (put forward to interview via agency)
