We're looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, with an ASAP start and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The Role:
- Lead, support and motivate an experienced team
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Support curriculum planning in line with Development Matters
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
About You:
- Relevant Early Years qualification
- Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
- Confident, organised and approachable leadership style
- Passionate about providing outstanding early years experiences
