Key Stage Teacher Supply
A lovely, friendly nursery in Euxton, Chorley is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their welcoming team from soon as possible. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, . The role can be either 4 long days per week (7:00am–6:00pm) or 5 days per week with shifts between 7:00am–4:00pm, 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm, depending on the needs of the nursery.

Level 3 Nursery Nurse Requirements:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare is essential
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Some knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
- Support the Room Leader and wider nursery team in providing high-quality care for children aged 0–5 years.
- Build positive relationships with children, helping them to feel safe, happy and secure within the nursery environment.
- Support children's learning and development through play and everyday activities.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, personal care and sleep routines where appropriate.
- Observe children's progress and contribute to learning journals and developmental records.
- Encourage children's social, emotional and communication skills through positive interactions.
- Help prepare engaging activities and maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs.
