💰 Pay Rates
⭐ Level 2 Practitioner - £15.00 per hour
⭐ Level 3 Practitioner - £18.00 per hour
🕒 Flexible Working Pattern
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Monday to Friday
- Choose the days that work for you
- Immediate starts available
🧸 Your Day-to-Day Role
- Deliver fun, engaging activities that encourage children's learning and development
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical growth
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and monitor children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning
✅ What You'll Need
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
- A valid Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A positive and reliable approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children during their crucial early years
