About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education for children, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of childcare.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous nursery experience is essential.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, caring, and professional approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required.
