Our client, a well-established nursery in Hither Green, is looking to recruit dedicated Early Years professionals to join their growing team.

Current Vacancies

Room Leader
Salary: £32,500 per annum

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £28,500 per annum

The Role

You will play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Depending on your level of experience and qualification, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities.
• Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress.
• Ensuring children's wellbeing, safety, and individual needs are met.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery.

For Room Leaders, additional responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team within the room.
• Overseeing planning, observations, and assessments.
• Maintaining high standards of care and learning.

Requirements

• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and professional approach.
• Commitment to providing outstanding care and education.
