Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
• Help create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and personal care where required.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Work closely with permanent nursery teams to provide high-quality care.

Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Role

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
• Have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
• Are reliable, adaptable, and confident working in different environments.
• Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
• Can quickly build relationships with children and staff.
