Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

​​​​We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established private nursery in Greenwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified Early Years professionals looking to join a supportive and well-established setting that values staff development, wellbeing, and high-quality childcare. You will be:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children

  • Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families

  • Supporting children's development through observations, assessments, and effective planning

  • Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of practice

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet children's individual needs

  • Contributing positively to the day-to-day running of the nursery and wider team

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development is essential, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The nursery offers a four-day working week, with salaries ranging from £26,685 to £30,018, depending on weekly hours. There are also excellent opportunities for training and development, wellbeing support, and childcare benefits.
