Nursery Practitioner (Level 2-6) | Chiswick, West London

Reeson Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Chiswick to recruit a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years professional holding a Level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 qualification, EYT or QTS, who is committed to providing outstanding care and education for young children.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a 4-day working week for the right candidate.



The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Support and nurture children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.

  • Treat every child as an individual, respecting their unique needs, backgrounds, cultures, and stages of development.

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, planning activities that both support and challenge their development.

  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, working in partnership to support each child's learning journey.

  • Identify and respond to any additional needs, providing appropriate emotional, physical, and educational support.

  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated nursery team.



The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

  • A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Satisfactory professional references.
