What You'll Be Doing

As a nursery practitioner, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing warm, nurturing and high-quality care
• Planning and supporting fun, creative and age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging children's learning, confidence and independence
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS
• Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys
• Maintaining a safe, secure and stimulating environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and professional team

We're looking for a nursery practitioner who is enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about giving children the best possible start in life.

About You

You could be an experienced nursery practitioner or a newly qualified early years professional looking to develop your career.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or a relevant qualification
• Passionate about working with children
• Warm, friendly and approachable
• Committed to supporting children's development
• A positive team player
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Reliable, professional and hardworking
• Committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
