As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Observe and monitor children's progress, contributing to learning journals and planning.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
