TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery in LS10 to recruit a Nursery Practitioner. This small nursery has a friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing a nurturing environment where children can flourish, with excellent opportunities for staff development and career progression.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the setting, delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework, promoting children's development and helping to maintain a safe, stimulating and caring learning environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
