About the Role:

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a nursery room, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will support and motivate your team while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education.
• Support, mentor, and develop nursery practitioners within the room.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journeys.

Requirements:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare.
• Previous leadership or senior nursery experience is desirable.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
