Domus Recruitment are working with a client in Walsall, that are looking for Nursing Home Manager on a permanent contract. Our client are ideally looking for Managers’ that have experience with Commissioning, alongside a proven track record in running successful Nursing/Residential Homes for Older People.

This is an exciting opportunity for any experienced Home Manager’s looking for their next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities of an Nursing Home Manager:
  • Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality care
  • Overseeing the care staff
  • Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  • NMC registered with an active PIN – ideally, not but essential
  • A track record of ‘Good’ CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
  • DBS on the update service
