Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Registered Home Manager or Care Home Manager with nursing home experience?
Forest Care Selection is recruiting a Nursing Home Manager in Romford for an independent provider of care and nursing homes across England.
You will lead a medium-sized care and nursing home with a Good CQC rating, an established staff team and an experienced senior leadership team. This is an opportunity to build on strong foundations with a provider that has a distinctive approach to care and holds B Corp certification.

Your role as Nursing Home Manager
- Lead the day-to-day management of the care and nursing home.
- Maintain CQC compliance and meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Drive care quality, service improvement and positive outcomes for residents.
- Develop your team through visible leadership, coaching and support.
- Champion the organisation’s values and its commitment to B Corp certification.
- Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team.
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
- Experience of holding CQC registration, with a track record of developing services and achieving Good ratings.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and staff development skills.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management, or an equivalent leadership qualification.
