Office Administrator

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Office & Facilities Administrator to help keep our clients workplace running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a varied role within an SME environment, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and working with people across the business. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day office and facilities administration, manage supplies and suppliers, and provide wider administrative support.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and facilities.
- Manage office supplies, PPE, stationery and kitchen consumables.
- Build effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinate cleaning, waste management and other workplace services.
- Support office moves, desk allocations and workplace set-up.
- Monitor facilities expenditure and maintain supplier and contract records.
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide reception and visitor support when required.
- Support general administration and ad hoc business projects.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have previous office administration experience and be confident managing suppliers and ordering goods. You’ll be organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
You’ll bring:

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Desirable Experience
Experience in facilities management, Health & Safety administration, purchasing or supply chain would be advantageous. Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial SME would also be beneficial.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English are essential. Business Administration qualifications and IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent) are desirable.
