Are you an organised, proactive person who enjoys variety in your day? We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and friendly Southend-based business looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business and isn't afraid to get involved in a bit of everything!

• Managing reception and welcoming visitors
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with finance and general administration tasks
• Supporting office management activities
• Keeping records and systems up to date
• Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office

• Previous administration, finance and office support experience
• Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
• A positive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• £13.00 per hour
