The Role
As the Office & HR Administrator, you'll become the backbone of the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing valuable administrative support across HR, payroll and the wider business.
You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, ensuring everything from employee records to office administration is organised, accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing general office administration and maintaining office supplies
- Supporting payroll administration through timesheet processing
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with onboarding administration and recruitment coordination
- Supporting the maintenance of training and compliance records
- Working with colleagues across the business to provide administrative support where needed
- Using Microsoft Office and modern AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
- Helping ensure the office remains organised, professional and efficient
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their workload.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within an office administration role
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- An interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently
- A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
Experience supporting HR administration or payroll would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
