Operations Administrator – About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure the administration behind the company network and plan runs smoothly. You will maintain accurate records, process paperwork, coordinate onboarding and provide general administrative support.
Main Responsibilities
- Process contracts and paperwork.
- Coordinate onboarding, including kit, access and systems.
- Maintain freelancer records and Project Intel data.
- Prepare invoices and timesheets for Finance.
- Keep templates, records and filing accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with freelancers regarding bookings, extensions and access.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Director.
- Flag any discrepancies or missing information and ensure nothing is overlooked.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administrative or coordination experience.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
- Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
- A reliable, proactive and methodical approach.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
