We're delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Operation and People  Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and well-respected organisation within the construction and roofing sector, where you'll play an important role in leading the Technical Services function and ensuring the delivery of industry-leading customer support and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Technical Services Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient handling of technical queries, specifications, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practice processes, standards, and systems across the department
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage risk, resolve complex issues, and support strategic development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within a technical services or construction-related environment
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, technical specifications, and building envelope systems
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience within construction, engineering, or technical disciplines
• A collaborative, emotionally intelligent leader with strong communication and influencing skills
