Operations Coordinator

Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

I'm recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a growing freight forwarding operation in Dartford.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a broad multimodal freight background who is comfortable managing a busy customer base and handling shipments across Air, Sea and Road Freight.

• Managing Air, Sea and Road shipments
• Handling both Imports and Exports
• Managing multiple customers and shipments at once
• Preparing quotations and rate enquiries
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, carriers and overseas agents
• Coordinating bookings, documentation and shipment updates
• Resolving operational issues and maintaining a high level of service

We're looking for someone with strong freight forwarding experience across multiple modes, who is commercially aware, confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
