The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead warehouse operations across two London sites, ensuring food moves efficiently from intake through to redistribution. citeturn3search1

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Managing and developing a team of frontline managers and warehouse colleagues.
• Driving continuous improvement across safety, compliance, efficiency and service.
• Improving operational planning, stock control and warehouse processes.
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working.
• Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a people-focused operational leader who can bring energy, structure and positive change to a fast-paced environment.

You'll Need:

• Experience managing warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and engage people.
• Experience improving processes, performance and operational standards.
• The confidence to implement change while bringing teams with you.
• A hands-on management style with strong shop-floor presence.
