​Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Vantage Industrial Cleaning, part of the Churchill Group, is an ambitious and growing specialist industrial cleaning business investing in its people, systems and operational excellence. We're looking for an Operations Planning & Administration Manager to play a key role in supporting our leadership team and driving operational success.

You'll lead operational planning, workforce scheduling, resource coordination and mobilisation activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. Working closely with the leadership teams, you'll help shape the future growth and performance of the business.

As an Operations Planning & Administration Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the Operations Planning & Administration function.
  • ​Coordinate workforce planning, labour allocation and operational diaries.
  • ​Support project mobilisation including labour, equipment, accommodation and travel.
  • Manage JobWatch administration, scheduling and workflow.
  • ​Lead and develop the administration team.
  • ​Produce operational KPI information and planning reports.
  • ​Support surveys, quotations and mobilisation.
  • ​Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and operational teams.
  • ​Drive continuous improvement across planning, administration and operational processes.

As an Operations Planning & Administration Manager, you’ll have:

  • Experience within Facilities Management, Industrial Cleaning, or a similar operational environment.
  • A strong background in operational planning, workforce scheduling and resource coordination.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence using business systems and reporting tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness, a proactive approach and a focus on driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
