Project Operations Support (AV) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Stockport (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: End of July
Contract: 12-month FTC (with potential extension)
 

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Operations Support professional with a background in AV to join a leading organisation on a key client account.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day management of a high-volume project pipeline, working closely with internal teams and the end client to ensure seamless delivery, clear communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day project pipeline for a key client
  • Liaise directly with the client to provide updates and ensure transparency
  • Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, programmes, and installation timelines
  • Arrange site surveys and coordinate resources
  • Prepare job packs including technical documentation and RAMS
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of reports
  • Upload and manage project data within internal systems (e.g. Simpro)
  • Support invoicing and job completion reporting
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams as required
  • Assist with procurement and ordering of equipment
  • Support additional client pipelines when required

About You

  • Proven experience in Project/Operations Support, ideally within the AV industry
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under pressure
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and project management tools
