Pay rate: Up to £173 PAYE / £235 Umbrella per day
Location: Leiston, Sizewell
Hours of work: Remote working (1 day on site per week)
The Organisational Learning Coordinator will support the implementation and continual development of Organisational Learning and Continuous Performance Improvement arrangements within a major nuclear new build project. Working as part of the Performance Improvement team and reporting to the Organisational Learning Lead, the role will focus on managing and supporting the use of an organisational learning tool, capturing and sharing lessons learned, analysing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. The post-holder will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote a strong learning culture, support governance and assurance activities, and ensure learning is effectively embedded across the project.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
- Experience in Organisational Learning, Knowledge Management or Continuous Improvement within nuclear, engineering, construction or other high-hazard industries.
- Strong data analysis, reporting and IT/database skills, with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training.
- Experience supporting assurance, auditing, governance or accreditation activities.
- Understanding of event/incident investigation and Human Factors would be advantageous.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
Role information:
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of Organisational Learning and Continuous Performance Improvement processes.
- Manage and support the use of the organisational learning "Insight" tool.
- Capture, analyse and share lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse trends and produce reports and recommendations for the project management team.
- Support action management and ensure learning is effectively embedded across the project.
- Promote Organisational Learning, Continuous Improvement and a positive learning culture.
- Support assurance, governance, auditing and accreditation activities.
- Develop and deliver Organisational Learning training.
- Coordinate benchmarking activities and ensure learning is captured and actioned.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support regulatory interfaces where required.
