The Role
As Package Manager – Facility Integration & Requirements Management, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the development and realisation of critical infrastructure within a highly regulated environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing existing facility designs, developing pre-concept layouts, coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing technical interfaces, and supporting asset condition assessments. You will ensure integration across multiple disciplines, manage modifications to infrastructure, and lead on the development of strategic briefs aligned with project milestones.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven expertise in civil and structural engineering, with extensive experience in facility adaptation, infrastructure planning, and requirements management.
- Significant experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects within complex environments, ideally including regulated settings.
- An understanding of building services, utilities, and operational interfaces relevant to operational facilities.
- Chartered Engineer (or equivalent professional accreditation) highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, with an ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools, systems engineering approaches, and governance processes.
