This is your opportunity to work on an iconic multi-billion pound project in West London.
At its centre is a hugely complex, bespoke roof structure that will become a defining feature of the transport hub. Its scale, engineering complexity and architectural ambition are expected to make it globally recognised.
This isn't another major project. It's a one-off. A project of this scale and complexity is unlikely to be repeated.
As a Package Manager (think experienced Sub Agent or Site Agent), you'll take ownership of one of several key packages across this section of the project - strucutral steel, glazing, cladding, facades - and you'll be working at the heart of the delivery team to turn an incredibly complex design into reality.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Own a significant work package through delivery
- Solve complex technical and construction challenges
- Manage major subcontractors and critical project interfaces
- See your work become part of a landmark transport hub that will shape London's future
What you'll need to be successful?
- A Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in working on major infrastructure or complex construction projects
- Strong subcontractor and site management experience, ideally working with structural steel, roofing, cladding or glazing
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- A CSCS card and SMSTS
- Temporary works and lifting experience would be beneficial
On offer is a salary of around £70,000 - £80,00 per annum, a 10% annual bonus, a travel allowance, pension, private medical and holiday.
