Pay Rate: £12.71ph
Shifts: 7am-7pm / 7pm- 7am (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts)
Days: 4-on-4-off

Job Summary
As a Packing Operative, you will work on a fast-paced production line ensuring products are checked, packed, and prepared to the required standards. This role involves repetitive tasks and would suit someone who is comfortable with routine, hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Working on a production line packing finished products into boxes
• Carrying out visual quality checks on items
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Following packing specifications and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting other general production duties as required
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous packing or production experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player
