Job Title: Paint Line Operative Night Shift
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £16.65 per hour
Shift: Nights Sun to Thu 10pm to 6am

Training:

2 Days on a day shift: 9am to 4:30pm £12.81 per hour

2-4 Weeks on late shift: 2pm to 10pm (Monday - Friday) - £14.73 per hour

Followe by permanent Nights: 10pm - 6am (Sunday-Thursday) - £16.65 per hour

The Paint Line Operative Role:

Due to continued growth and the expansion of key contracts, the company is looking to recruit General Operatives to support operations across day, afternoon and night shifts.

Duties will include:

• Moving heavy materials throughout the production area
• Loading and unloading parts
• Assembly and production support work
• Basic metalwork duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse and manufacturing tasks
• Any other duties as required

About You:

• Comfortable undertaking heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Keen to learn new skills and undertake training
• Previous manufacturing, labouring, warehouse, or production experience is advantageous but not essential
• Able to commute to the Loughborough area
