💷 Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

⏰ Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
(Alternating weekly shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break)

• Prepare products for powder coating by rubbing down, cleaning and carrying out surface preparation.
• Assist with loading and unloading products for painting.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Safely handle powders and consumables.
• Keep the paint shop clean, tidy and organised.
• Work to production schedules and deadlines.
• Support colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Carry out general labouring duties across the department.

• Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Good practical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
• Able to work effectively within a team.
