An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Paint Preparation Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business.

Working as part of a busy paint shop, you will be responsible for preparing precision-engineered components prior to the painting and finishing process. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to high-quality standards.

The Role

• Mask precision-engineered components ready for paint.
• Degrease and prepare parts before painting.
• Prepare components for paint and anodising processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Work to detailed customer specifications.
• Maintain excellent quality standards throughout production.
• Ensure a safe and tidy working environment.

About You

• Previous experience within a paint preparation, masking or finishing role.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude.
