The quality of a finished product is often judged by what people see.

The quality of the manufacturing process is judged by what they don't.

Consistency.
Repeatability.
Efficiency.
Control.

In high-volume manufacturing environments, these things don't happen by accident. They are engineered.

We are working with a global manufacturing group that supplies complex engineered components to some of the world's leading OEMs.

As Plant Paint Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, stabilising and optimising paint processes whilst supporting the introduction of new products, colours, technologies and equipment.

Your work will ensure paint processes remain efficient, capable and consistently able to deliver the quality standards expected by some of the world's leading OEMs.

  • Testing, validating and implementing technical improvements and process changes.
  • Owning and maintaining paint process standards, documentation and FMEA activities.
  • Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, logistics, assembly and injection moulding teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Providing coaching, guidance and technical support across the paint operation.
