The Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed efficiently while delivering an exceptional finish.

Key responsibilities include:
·Prepare vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mix and apply paint using manufacturer-approved products and techniques.
·Carry out colour matching to achieve high-quality finishes.
·Polish and rectify minor paint imperfections where required.
·Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
·Work closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, and Workshop Controllers to ensure efficient workflow.
·Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
·Complete work within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who is committed to delivering first-class workmanship.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, or Automotive Paint Refinisher.
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Excellent colour matching and paint application skills.
·Knowledge of modern paint systems and repair techniques.
·High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality finishes.
·The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence.
