The Role:
- Preparing, cleaning and masking components ready for painting
- Applying primer and paint using spray equipment
- Carrying out basic sanding, preparation and finishing
- Checking finished products for quality and consistency
- Following production instructions and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area and equipment clean and tidy
- Working as part of a friendly production team to meet deadlines
- Previous painting, spraying, decorating or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Previous spray-painting experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
