Paint Sprayer

Job Type: Full-Time (6 months on-going)

We are recruiting an experienced Marine Paint Sprayer to join a skilled team working on luxury yachts. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing flawless, high-quality finishes to premium marine standards.

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply primers, topcoats, and clear finishes using spray equipment.
• Mix paints to precise specifications.
• Inspect and rectify paint defects to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Maintain strict quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Proven experience in marine or high-end automotive paint spraying.
• Good knowledge of marine coatings and spray systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Desirable:

• Experience working on luxury yachts or super yachts.
• Spray painting or coatings application certification.
