We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable accident repair centre located in Burgess Hill. Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Repaired and replaced vehicle panels to high standards, ensuring a flawless finish
  • Applied paint following manufacturer’s specifications accurately and efficiently
  • Assisted with vehicle preparation, spraying, and polishing to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborated with colleagues to complete repairs effectively and to high standards
  • Communicated repair progress clearly with customers and team members
  • Maintained rigorous quality control throughout all painting processes
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role within the automotive sector
  • Full relevant accreditation or ATA qualification preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle prep, spray, and polish techniques
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
