Experience in wet paint spraying would be advantageous.

Job Description
• Carry out wet paint spraying on manufactured components and equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking where required
• Inspect finished products to ensure paint quality and consistency meet company standards
• Assist with general workshop duties, fitting, and assembly when required
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and safe
• Work closely with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines and quality requirements

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
• Practical experience in wet paint spraying, painting, surface preparation, fitting, assembly, or a similar workshop-based role
• Good manual skills and confidence using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Flexible, hands-on approach to a varied workload
• Reliable attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safe working practices within a manufacturing environment
