We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre in Woking, for the position of Paint Sprayer. Duties:
  • Prepping vehicles to the highest standards prior to applying paint
  • Applying high-quality spray paint with precision and attention to detail
  • Managing own workload effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including job cards and progress reports
  • Ensuring work meets manufacturer and BSI 10125 standards
  • Collaborating with panel beaters, MET fitters, and other workshop team members
  • Upholding safety and quality standards at all times
  • Using initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines successfully
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer include:
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in bodyshop painting and prep work
  • High-level spray painting skills, including colour matching and coating application
  • Ownership of spray guns and air-fed masks
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation and paint application techniques
  • Ability to work on various vehicle makes and models
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills and team attitude
  • Competency with workshop computer systems
  • Valid UK driving licence
