We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run crash repair centre located in Bromley for the position of Paint Sprayer. This is a valuable opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a stable and supportive working environment. Duties as a Paint Sprayer will include:
  • Conduct high-quality paint spraying in accordance with vehicle specifications
  • Prepare vehicles by ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for painting
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional repair standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Assist with general bodyshop preparation and polishing duties where necessary
  • Ensure accurate and efficient work to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Prepper within the motor trade
  • Knowledge of vehicle refinishing processes and materials
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous
  • Ability to work well within a team and adhere to health and safety standards
