Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Carry out full and part vehicle re-sprays
  • Complete small paint repairs as required
  • Repair panels and surfaces efficiently while maintaining high standards
  • Follow manufacturer repair guidelines and best practices
  • Adapt work pace and priorities to meet business needs and efficiency targets
  • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout all tasks
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair environment
  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Vehicle Paint Spraying (desirable)
  • ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential
  • Strong eye for detail and quality awareness
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to producing high-standard work at all times
  • Previous experience with Vehicle Bodyshops or Accident Repair Centres preferred
