Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat to vehicles to precise industry standards
  • Preparing vehicle surfaces to ensure flawless paint application
  • Maintaining and calibrating painting equipment for optimal performance
  • Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations
  • Completing work within specified deadlines while upholding high standards of workmanship
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality finishes
  • Efficient organiser capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
  • Full driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of current painting techniques and protocols
