We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join a reputable team in Maldon, Essex. This Paint Sprayer role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work with a well-established company dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive basic salary of £48,000 to £52,000 per year, plus overtime
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 7am to 5pm

Duties as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned and primed
  • Apply paint and finishing coats to a variety of automotive vehicles in accordance with specifications
  • Utilise spray guns, masking techniques, and other tools efficiently to achieve high-quality results
  • Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support the bodyshop team with additional tasks as required to meet workshop targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer or similar role within a busy bodyshop
  • Knowledge of modern paint spraying techniques and materials
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • A strong attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of finish
  • Reliable and committed to delivering quality work in a timely manner
