We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer for a well-established accident repair centre in Rochdale. Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare, prime, mask, and paint vehicles to a high standard
  • Accurately colour match panels, following manufacturer specifications
  • Apply paint efficiently to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Inspect finished work and perform polishing if required
  • Work within production targets, ensuring timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace adhering to PPE and RPE protocols
  • Collaborate effectively within a busy repair team
  • Ensure all work complies with quality control and insurance standards
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, ideally within an accident repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, painting processes, and finishing techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work from preparation through to final finish efficiently
  • Good time management skills; able to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Relevant qualifications would be advantageous
