We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive accident repairer for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their busy centre in Gloucester. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to develop their career within a highly reputable company.

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction
  • Complete assigned jobs within the estimated paint times
  • Safeguard the vehicle and contents during procedures
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards upon completion
  • Carry out repairs adhering to industry best practices and procedures
  • Interpret and implement technical data and specifications
  • Use all paint mixing schemes accurately, including drying areas and equipment
  • Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager when work orders are unclear or incorrect
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 and ATA accredited or equivalent; or proven, stable, time-served experience
  • Valid driving licence
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and committed individual
  • Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivation to work towards team targets
  • Knowledge of PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is highly advantageous but not essential
