Role and responsibilities of Painter:

As part of our decorating team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of internal and external painting works within residential properties.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces for decoration, including filling, sanding and making good
• Applying paints, stains and decorative finishes to a professional standard
• Undertaking both interior and exterior decorating projects
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and workmanship
• Providing a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers and occupants

Painter Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised qualification in PaintiNVQNVQNVQ& Decorating such as NVQ NVQLevel 2, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience within residential maintenance, housing, repairs or a similar environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• A valid UK driving licence
