The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacement.
  • Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
  • Follow approved repair methods and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Work efficiently within a fast-paced accident repair centre.
  • Collaborate with the wider bodyshop team to deliver vehicles on time and to the highest standard.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre.
  • Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
  • Ability to complete repairs to a consistently high standard.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Working Hours

45 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
