The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
·Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer standards.
·Removing dents and reshaping damaged bodywork using specialist equipment.
·Welding, bonding and aligning vehicle components where required.
·Working closely with Paint Sprayers, MET Technicians and the wider workshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
·Completing repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
·Following health and safety procedures and manufacturer repair processes at all times.
·Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and equipment.
·The ability to repair both minor and major accident damage.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
·A positive attitude with strong time management skills.
·A full UK driving licence.
