Salary: £37,500 - £39,500 Basic Salary DOE + Overtime when required

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm | 4 hours every 2nd Saturday

You'll work as part of a professional Bodyshop team, carrying out accident repair work to a high standard while maintaining efficient repair timescales and attention to detail.

THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles and restoring vehicle bodywork to the required standard.
·Carry out high-quality Panel Beating and vehicle body repairs.
·Assess damaged panels and determine appropriate repair methods.
·Strip and fit vehicle components as required throughout the repair process.
·Repair, reshape and replace damaged body panels where appropriate.
·Ensure completed repairs meet required quality and safety standards.
·Work efficiently to agreed repair timescales without compromising workmanship.
·Work closely with other Bodyshop departments to ensure vehicles progress efficiently through the repair process.
·Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician with strong practical skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician within an accident repair or Bodyshop environment.
·Strong practical Panel Beating and vehicle body repair skills.
·Good understanding of vehicle construction, accident damage and modern repair methods.
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
·A recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA) is preferred.
·Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
·Professional approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a skilled Bodyshop team.
